The interface needed is one that uses SMB/CIFS protocal,
Cell-phone apps are avaiable for that specific capability..
It is a capability that has been sidelined to force consumers into
web-based interaction rather than local, independent & private.

Open file-explorer and type: file://///[IP of the day], into the address bar.
Most browsers are rude and interfere with your typing so,
expecially with \\ so type: file:///// to indicate off-line intent.
Cell-phones will derail your off-line directive.. "BDS-them"

IP otd is \\192.168.238.1xx\axs[+/-directory][not optional in some browsers]
x's are Broadcast locally when present.
Other directories are listed on an /axs.html page.
Windows browser might open an additional "Explorer" window.
There you will see the Samba-interface of directories.
